How is GroupcZ different from a typical digital agency?

GroupcZ s.r.o. is not an agency that resells work. We are a technology company with in-house application development and trained specialists. We have our own GroupcZ ERP system and build company management, HR, e-shops and marketing on top of it. Our clients get one partner for management, software, e-commerce and security.

What is ERP GroupcZ and who is it for?

ERP GroupcZ is an enterprise information system we developed ourselves. It manages internal business processes: sales, warehousing and logistics, finance, projects, HR and e-shops. It is built from modules, so we assemble a solution for each specific company and extend it with custom development.

Can you connect the ERP to an e-shop?

Yes. We run e-shops ourselves and connect them directly to the ERP. Orders, stock levels, prices and customer data are synchronised automatically. On top of that we deliver promotion and performance marketing.

Do you also provide project management and IT consulting?

Yes. We help companies that are choosing a new information system, planning an online project or are unhappy with their current IT. We actively manage projects from analysis and the strategic plan through to long-term management and day-to-day operations.

How do you handle system security and stability?

We protect the entire ecosystem (ERP, e-shops and data) with encryption, access control, regular backups and operational monitoring. Cybersecurity and system stability are a dedicated pillar of our services.
