This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.
On the groupcz.eu website we currently use only essential cookies: one that remembers your consent choice and, when you fill in the contact form, a protective cookie from the Google reCAPTCHA service. We do not currently deploy any analytics or marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. On your next visit, the browser sends them back to the website so that it can remember, for example, your settings. Cookies may be:
- first-party – stored directly by the website you are visiting (groupcz.eu),
- third-party – stored by other services embedded in the page (e.g. analytics or advertising tools),
- session cookies – deleted when the browser is closed, or persistent cookies – stored for a set period.
Rules similar to those for cookies also apply to similar technologies, such as browser storage (localStorage) or tracking pixels.

We currently do not use any analytics or marketing cookies on the website. If in the future we deploy tools such as Google Analytics 4 or Meta Pixel, they will only be activated after you have given your consent in the cookie settings, and we will add the specific cookies, their providers and storage periods to the table above.
The website’s fonts are hosted on our own server; they are not loaded from third parties and do not set any cookies.
4. How to change or withdraw consent
On your first visit, a banner is displayed in which you can accept all cookies, allow only essential ones, or choose individual categories in the settings. You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time:
- using the button below,
- via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page of the website.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal. After one year, we will ask you to make your choice again.
5. How to delete cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies directly in your browser. If you also block essential cookies, the website will ask for your consent on every visit. You can find instructions in your browser’s help:

- Mozilla Firefox – Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data (help),
- Microsoft Edge – Settings › Cookies and site permissions (help),

Most browsers also offer an incognito (private) mode in which cookies are automatically deleted when the window is closed.
6. Legal basis
We store essential cookies on the basis of Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications (the “Electronic Communications Act”), under which consent is not required for storing a cookie that is necessary for the provision of a service expressly requested by the user or for the technical storage of a choice. The related processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Under the same provision of the Electronic Communications Act and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, we may use analytics and marketing cookies only with your prior, freely given and informed consent.
